Summary of the project
This is a version of Momentum World’s International Leadership Course, which has been running successfully every year since 2010. We can honestly say that this is a unique and life-changing experience for the young people who take part. This time the course will run in the Basilicata region of Italy in September 2016 (11-18.Sep.). Momentum World will work in partnership with YES (Youth Europe Services) who will be the host partner and official applicant.
This is an intensive, innovative and challenging training programme, combined with exceptional social activities and local visits. It will also be an opportunity to explore a fascinating region of Italy. Participants will also benefit from a personal profile exercise normally available only to professionals in the corporate sector.
Apart from the Momentum and YES team, trainers will include Paul van Casteren, a renowned management coach who works with senior executives of multinational companies, and additional speakers from local industry, public service and others.
Participants will get a deep understanding of their own leadership style, their ambitions and motivations, and the next steps they need to take in their personal and career development. Feedback from all previous courses has been outstanding, with participants reporting that they have found jobs, new ideas and ambitions, a new level of self-awareness, and (of course) new friends for life,
The fee for this course will be 350 euros. The reason for these fees is that we aim to provide the highest quality activities and trainers, as well as the best available standard of accommodation, food and social programme. Participants will get an exceptional educational, professional and personal experience.
